The room is quite nice, spacious, clean, comfortable bed, soft bedding, good pillows, warm blanket, slept very well
The bathroom is great, spacious, clean, with complete amenities, and strong water pressure
The breakfast is very good, with a variety of both ABF and high-quality Thai food, fresh salad, and many choices of bread. Considering the price paid, it’s worth it
The hotel’s front area is full of parked cars, so we had to park at the back and carry our luggage up the stairs ourselves. The staff helped us, but traffic management needs improvement
We booked through Agoda with breakfast included for 1,514 THB, but upon check-in, breakfast wasn’t included, so we had to wait for confirmation, which took quite some time. Not sure where the mistake occurred
When we got to the room, we were shocked to find that it was already occupied by another guest. We informed the front desk, who quickly arranged a room change and upgraded us as an apology for the incident
Late at night, while preparing to shower, we noticed that a towel was missing. When we called to request an additional towel, we were told that the housekeeping department was closed and we’d have to wait until the next day. This issue should be addressed
