During the festival, the hotel was very crowded with 90% being Thai people. There were some foreigners, but no Chinese tour groups to bother us. The service was smooth, and we didn’t have to wait in long queues for check-in, which was great.

We booked connecting rooms, and the layouts of the two rooms were different. The first room was spacious and had twin beds that we requested to be combined into a Super King bed, which was very wide and comfortable. The other room had a column which made the balcony narrower, but it also had an additional day bed for lounging.

The water park catered to everyone from young kids, teenagers, to even adults. Children could have fun, and adults could enjoy themselves too. They opened from morning until 10 pm. The long double slide was thrilling and everyone had a great time. For those who wanted to swim leisurely, there was a long pool along the pool access rooms and a Jacuzzi in one corner for a relaxing soak.

If you wanted to go to the beach, it was about 150 meters away, but it was better to take a buggy because you had to go around the condominium area. There were cafes and a swimming pool, making good use of the narrow and deep space.

Breakfast was served until 11 am. Although it was a busy festival period, the guests were spread out and didn’t feel crowded or stuffy. The food was adequate and tasted decent, not extraordinary but still varied.

A small issue was that there were no guards or staff to look after the water park area. There were very few chairs around the small pool. Towels were provided for self-service, but they ran out, and no staff came to replenish them. Guests walked through the building soaking wet, leaving water all over the floor without any housekeeping staff to clean it up, which could cause slipping accidents. The TV signal in the room was constantly disrupted, and even the mobile phone signal was unstable.

Overall, this is a family-friendly hotel. It might not be very suitable for romantic couples. The price during our stay was quite high because it was Songkran, but it would be worth the money during other periods. The beach here is relatively quiet and peaceful, unlike the bustling Hua Hin. The atmosphere was very chill.
